Kingdom
Come
Have I failed to notice cripples being healed.
Heaven's grace upon us, its mercy's been revealed.
There's no other name in heaven or on earth.
So who are we to hand out worth?
Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.
And have we learned to seek it in our lives?
We are born; inherited the darkness.
But as a child turn darkness into light.
Have you ever noticed all that's not quite real?
Bread without the crust; a ship without its wheel,
Sleepless nights and a babe without its birth.
Along came the one who loved us first.
Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.
And have we learned to seek it in our lives?
We are born; inherited the darkness.
But as a child turn darkness into light.
A mustard seed, a bunch of yeast,
a treasure hidden in a field.
Who needs the dough and sows the seed,
At harvest time His crop will yield.
Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.
And have we learned to seek it in our lives?
We are born; inherited the darkness.
But as a child turn darkness into light
