Hiring Community and Spiritual Leader Update

Victor Barge and Javier Sampedro presented an update that provided context and background on how the Hiring Committee was established, our methodology, and who has been participating in the hiring process. The update also provided transparency into the specific scope and deliverables that the Hiring Committee was tasked with, along with the timeline of major milestones along the hiring process. The presentation concluded with an update on where we are in the process, what comes next, and a time for questions and conversation about the hiring process.

As was discussed during the gathering, the Hiring Committee had an extensive final interview with our final candidate on October 26. The Hiring Committee unanimously decided to make a formal recommendation to the Steering Committee that an offer be extended to our final candidate. The next step in the process is for the Steering Committee to extend the offer. Pending their acceptance of the offer, they will participate in an upcoming gathering and be formally introduced to the Solomon’s Porch community.
