Write to Heal Workshop

Write to Heal Workshop

from 10.00

$10 per workshop or $40 for the whole series

7-8PM every other Wednesday, September 18-November 13 at Solomon’s Porch

Be among the many who have found the benefits of writing for personal understanding and growth.

Did you know that spending 15 minutes a day, writing a few days a week can lead to better health? Writing is also fast, portable, and discrete. In this workshop, learn helpful techniques to develop and sustain a healing writing practice. You may attend one workshop or all five. You may register online.

Please note, some experiences may require time before engaging in writing to process them. All workshop participants are encouraged to use their best judgement in applying techniques and to talk with a trained professional regarding particular health concerns. This workshop is not intended to take the place of medical or psychological treatment and is not taught by a licensed practitioner. Contact Victoria with questions.
